Extrudal
Extrudal, Extrusión de Aluminio, C. A. began as the aluminum division of Metalex, Metales Extruidos, C. A., a company dedicated to copper and brass extrusion. It was not until January 1980 that it began operating fully independently, becoming the largest and best-equipped aluminum extrusion company in Venezuela.
It is located in Urbanización Municipal Norte, Avda. Este – Oeste 2 No. 64-300, Valencia – Carabobo State.
It occupies a plot of 74,600 square meters, with industrial buildings covering an area of 12,720 square meters.
The company specializes in manufacturing aluminum bars, tubes, and profiles, extruded in different alloys and tempers.
The plant has a high degree of integration with Scrap Conditioning, Foundry, Extrusion Press, Paint Line, and Conduit Workshop facilities, giving it great flexibility and short dispatch times to serve its extensive customer base.
Extrudal has continuously exported over the past ten years to various markets, notably the United States, Colombia, and several Caribbean countries.

Quality Policy
Manufacturing aluminum alloys, extruded aluminum profiles, bars and tubes, aluminum sheets, plastic and any other non-ferrous material, according to our customers' requirements in terms of quality, quantity and timeliness.
Foundry
Extrudal, C.A. has a tilting melting furnace with a load capacity of 32 tons, along with two holding furnaces with a capacity of 16 tons each.
Tooling
Our extrusion presses allow us to manufacture profiles, bars and tubes. Our tooling workshop has qualified staff, equipment and tools suited for correcting and maintaining dies and other tooling used in extrusion.
Extrusion Presses
The plant is equipped with three hydraulic extrusion presses with a total capacity of 1000 metric tons per month, based on three operating shifts.
Packaging and Dispatch
Our product is packaged under quality guidelines aimed at its protection, based on the geographic distances to be covered, using quality materials to ensure the product is preserved until its destination.

Paint
Extrudal, Extrusión de Aluminio C.A., has a new vertical line within its facilities for electrostatic liquid paint application, comprised of a multi-stage process.
Environmental Policy
Extrudal disposes of waste with companies accredited by the State, has replaced acetylene with boron nitride in its presses, and has converted its vehicles and forklifts to gas.
Health and Safety
Extrudal has its own on-site medical service, prioritizing prevention through personalized consultations for all its workers.
Logistics and Export
Just a few kilometers from Puerto Cabello, Extrudal ships its export orders with a short haul to the dock: lower inland freight, shorter transit times and less cargo handling.
